Form #1: Student Registration Form (Fill-Up at Start of Trimester)
To fully experience the benefits of the AGSB marketing program, students are required to register at the marketing cluster website.

Form #2: For Absences, Undertime and/or Late Submission of Class Requirement
When you will be or were absent, tardy, undertime, or late in submitting a class assignment, pls. use the form below to give proper notice to the professor. Remember: your assignment is due the day before the class session (when the assignment is due) and your absence is not an excuse for not submitting the assignment. Assignments should be emailed to vcoachclass@gmail.com and also embedded in your blog. Late assignments earn a deduction of 0.5 off the final grade (4.0 being the highest).
